Young People

We support young people aged 16 to 25, helping them focus on their strengths and build positive support networks to achieve their aspirations, whether that involves returning to education, securing meaningful employment, or forming new friendships
Our services are tailored to assist young people facing homelessness, including those who are:

  • Care leavers or looked-after children (over 16)
  • Overcoming addiction
  • Young parents
  • Experiencing family or relationship breakdown

We are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for children and young people, including those aged 16 and over who are looked after or transitioning out of care. With guidance from our teams, they can develop essential life skills to help ease their journey into adulthood. To ensure we maintain high-quality standards, some of our supported housing services are currently undergoing registration with Ofsted.

Once Ofsted has inspected a service, details of the inspection and its findings will be available on that service's webpage. If you’re interested in learning more about a specific service for children and young people, you can search for it by name on our website or find young persons' services in your area.

Additionally, we provide move-on services to assist residents in securing and maintaining independent accommodation. For those not living in our properties, we offer floating support and community outreach programs, delivering personalized one-on-one or group support to young people within the community.
