Living with dementia or memory loss can bring challenges to daily life, but our memory support packages are designed to provide reassurance and enhance safety and comfort. These packages aim to support individuals experiencing confusion or forgetfulness, helping to prevent risks such as leaving taps on or cooking-related hazards.

The memory support package includes:

• A temperature extreme sensor that alerts the team if the room temperature drops below 2°C or rises above 35°C.
• A wander alarm to notify the team if a customer leaves their home or local area unexpectedly.
• A smoke detector to raise an alert in the event of excess smoke in the property.
• A flood detector to signal if taps are accidentally left on.

For enhanced support, the Memory Support+ package offers an additional dementia day clock, which helps those experiencing memory loss to stay oriented with the time of day and date. This feature can also reduce disorientation and minimize night-time wandering, offering greater peace of mind.
