• A bogus caller alarm installed at the front door, which can be pressed if the customer feels vulnerable or threatened.
• An extreme temperature sensor that alerts the team if the room temperature drops below 2°C or exceeds 35°C.
• A smoke detector that raises an alarm in case of excess smoke in the property.
• A flood detector to alert if taps are left running accidentally.
